A modern and unexpected reinterpretation of a fashion show, this exhibition, following on from SERIES 1 and SERIES 2, invites visitors to discover Nicolas Ghesquière’s inspirations for the Fall 2015 women show as the Artistic Director for women’s collections at Louis Vuitton.

This season's collection has been inspired as a result of the courageous actions of Lakshmibai, an intelligent and beautiful indian queen who rebelled against the British rule of India. Suffering the death of her husband at an early age, she was forced into becoming a great leader for her people and a symbol of female power and independence, an icon to strong women everywhere. 

The plan of echo is like calligraphic art. It is a wordless poem, a formless dance, a picture without images and music without sound. The goal is the sediment, accumulation and evolution of the new culture. “Intangibility” and “nothingness” as true essence of aesthetics are introduced into the everyday life of the common people.
Each breath we take is given a new melody and rhythm. This is the future of the plan of Echo and the role it is going to undertake.
